Anti-Trafficking Policy

1. Zero-tolerance commitment

ManhwaHentai.me has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation, child exploitation, or the use of our Service to recruit, advertise, solicit, facilitate, finance, conceal, normalize, or profit from those acts. This Policy applies to prompts, images, uploads, profiles, usernames, links, comments, messages, reports, and every other use of the Service.

Violations may result in immediate content removal, account termination, preservation of relevant evidence, loss of credits without refund where lawful, and reports to appropriate hotlines, child-protection organizations, payment providers, or law-enforcement authorities.

2. What trafficking means

Human trafficking involves exploiting a person for commercial sex, labor, or services through force, fraud, coercion, or comparable prohibited means. Movement across a border is not required. An adult's earlier agreement does not prevent a situation from becoming trafficking when force, threats, fraud, debt manipulation, abuse of law, confiscation of documents, psychological coercion, or other control is used.

Any person under 18 induced to engage in a commercial sex act is a victim of child sex trafficking under United States federal law regardless of whether force, fraud, or coercion is shown. For this Policy, “anything of value” includes money, shelter, food, drugs, gifts, credits, digital assets, promotion, employment, services, or another benefit.

3. Prohibited exploitation

You may not use ManhwaHentai.me to:

• recruit, advertise, offer, solicit, purchase, sell, transport, harbor, maintain, patronize, or obtain a person for commercial sexual activity or forced labor;
• threaten violence, exposure, deportation, arrest, financial harm, reputational harm, or harm to family, pets, or another person to compel conduct;
• use deception, false employment or modeling offers, debt bondage, withheld wages, confiscated identity documents, isolation, surveillance, drugs, housing, or immigration status to control someone;
• publish prices, contact instructions, coded menus, availability, locations, travel arrangements, payment handles, or off-platform links that facilitate commercial sexual exploitation;
• create advertisements, branding, promotional imagery, or synthetic “previews” for a trafficking venture or exploitative service;
• request or share content depicting a trafficking victim, coerced person, missing person, minor, or person who cannot freely and meaningfully consent; or
• coach another person to evade safety review, law enforcement, payment monitoring, age verification, or reporting duties.

4. Children and age ambiguity

No person under 18 may access the Service or appear in sexualized content. Child sexual exploitation, child sex trafficking, grooming, enticement, sexual solicitation, or commercial sexual activity involving a minor is prohibited without exception. Claimed consent, local age-of-consent rules, emancipation, marriage, fictional framing, or a stated character age does not create an exception.

Young-looking and age-ambiguous sexualized characters are also prohibited. When age is unclear, the content will be treated as prohibited.

5. Consent and real-person imagery

Consent must be informed, specific, freely given, current, and capable of being withdrawn. A relationship, prior participation, prior publication, payment, model release, or consent to photography does not by itself authorize AI manipulation or distribution of intimate imagery.

The platform does not permit sexually explicit depictions of actual or identifiable people, including deepfakes, face swaps, or material derived from a real person's intimate image. Synthetic content may not be used to threaten, advertise, blackmail, impersonate, or control a real person.

6. Detection and review

We may use prompt filters, image classifiers, hash matching where available, account and network signals, user reports, provider safety systems, and trained human review to detect exploitation. We may restrict uploads, generations, links, accounts, or payment activity while a concern is assessed.

Safety tools can make mistakes and cannot detect every abuse. The absence of enforcement does not mean content is permitted. Users must report suspected trafficking and must not investigate victims, confront suspected traffickers, or redistribute suspected illegal content themselves.

7. Our response

When we identify a credible concern, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• remove or disable access to content and prevent re-upload;
• freeze, restrict, or terminate associated accounts and preserve account, generation, IP, payment, and report information;
• prioritize the safety and privacy of a potential victim and avoid notifying a suspected trafficker when notice could increase risk;
• coordinate with qualified service providers, payment partners, NCMEC, hotlines, or competent authorities;
• make legally required reports, including reports of apparent child sexual exploitation where applicable; and
• respond to valid preservation requests and legal process.

We do not promise to disclose investigative details, reporter identities, safety signals, or law-enforcement communications.

8. How to report to ManhwaHentai.me

Use the Report button next to the relevant artwork or email [email protected]. Include, when safe to do so: the exact URL or content ID; usernames; why trafficking or exploitation is suspected; whether a minor or immediate danger may be involved; relevant dates; and a safe way to contact you.

Do not place yourself or a potential victim at greater risk to collect evidence. Do not send suspected child sexual abuse imagery by ordinary email. Report the location of the material instead. Reports may be submitted without identifying the reporter, although limited information can make investigation harder. Knowingly false, retaliatory, or abusive reports violate our Terms.

9. Emergency and external help

• United States: call 911 in an emergency. Contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 or text 233733.
• Child exploitation: report through the NCMEC CyberTipline or call 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678).
• Outside the United States: contact local emergency services, specialist anti-trafficking organizations, or the appropriate national reporting mechanism.

Consider personal safety before using a device or account that may be monitored by an exploiter.

10. No retaliation and survivor dignity

We prohibit retaliation, harassment, intimidation, outing, or doxxing against a person who seeks help, reports in good faith, participates in an investigation, or is identified as a potential survivor. Content about trafficking must not sensationalize, identify, blame, sexualize, or exploit victims or survivors.

We aim to use survivor-centered language and to minimize unnecessary collection or disclosure of sensitive information. A person may be a trafficking victim even if they initially consented, received money, crossed a border voluntarily, declined police involvement, or committed an offense as a consequence of exploitation.

11. Cooperation and transparency

We will train relevant moderators and support personnel on escalation procedures appropriate to their roles, periodically assess abuse patterns, and update controls as threats change. We may share aggregate, non-identifying transparency information about reports and enforcement. Nothing in this Policy requires disclosure that would compromise a victim, investigation, security system, legal privilege, or lawful confidentiality obligation.
